Hartwig passed away peacefully on 16.06.2024 after many years of suffering. Be-loved and precious husband of Felicity (Pixie Whitfield), Son of the late EG and Johanna Hartwig of Banzi, Cofimvaba. Wonderful son in law of the late Alan & Phyllis Whitfield of Kidd’s Beach. Brother of the late Desmond, Hilton, Ian and Marlene. Brother in law of Lynette and Mervyn Schwulst and Trevor and Kathy Whitfield (England). He is survived by his brother Errol in Cape Town and sister in law Shirley Hartwig and many nephews and nieces. A Celebration Service for his life will be held in the Cambridge Methodist Church, Hebbes Street, Cambridge, E.L. on Monday, 01.07.2024 at 2 pm. The cremation will be private. Arrangements by Stones Funeral Home.
